I technically did hire Torres because we confirmed our move out 2 weeks prior and even the day before for extra measure. I reconfirmed our start time and he was a “no show.” I texted him on the app and he finally texted me back that he forgot he was late , saying he was off schedule and couldn’t be at my building to 1230 PM ( which really Meant later in all likelihood). I was frustrated and already rescheduled for another company for the next day ( they came at 7 AM sharp). This set me back a full day of moving time as I needed to vacate my room on a specific date.
