We hired Casey a few years ago to install laminate flooring, baseboards and kitchen backsplash. He did an amazing job and a valuable rate, and the work looks brand new years later! Casey was always punctual and hard working, and we look forward to hiring him for any future projects.

We hired Casey to do some handyman stuff around the house a few years ago. Drywall repairs and painting mostly. After talking a bit, I learned he does alot more than that so we had him redo our guest bathroom. We were so impressed with how he did in the guest, we had him do our master shower and build a patio in the backyard. Earlier this year we decided to downsize and sell the house. Casey helped us with a pretty substantial remodel. New vinyl floors which were previously tile, new baseboards and new windows. He's very knowledgeable, keeps a clean job and is full of helpful suggestions for those of us who don't know to much about remodeling. Everyone he brought to our house has been friendly and we never felt uncomfortable leaving them access to the house. We'll probably never hire anyone else and look forward to having him work at our new (to us) condo!

I couldn’t be happier with the work K&D Building Solutions LLC did installing my flooring. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. They completed the job incredibly quickly without sacrificing quality, and the finished floors look absolutely amazing.
Their attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship really stood out. It’s hard to find a company that delivers this level of quality while also making the experience so pleasant.

I've had several different projects that were done to my home by Casey .. Several doors were charged and redesigned to remove old pocket doors. Sliding glass door was replaced with a wall and solid door with privacy doors . So far 1 window has been changed to a double pane and more are in the works to be replaced. Because of the age of original galvanized water lines leaking due to rotting the entire water line was replaced from alley to the water meter. I'm extremely happy with all the work that's been done thus far and I can't wait to see how the rest of the house turns out .
PS Casey also installed duct less air conditioning units in my home . I can't wait to see how my bathrooms turn out because he's amazing at doing tile work. I highly recommend K & D if you are needing work done to your homes.

Casey led my kitchen remodel and three bathroom updates. He took care of things on the fly and even hand crafted solutions for things that didn't have store bought/manufactured options.
He pays attention to minor details and doesn't cut corners. Would recommend his work to anyone looking for a good and reliable builder.
