Casual Cooking Encounters for Newbies (CCEN)

Introduction: I am a native of Tucson and raised in a Hispanic cultured family where I was taught to cook comfort Mexican food. All of my relatives cater parties, gatherings and cook a lot of food. My grandmothers, mothers and aunts' recipes have been passed down. I recently attended a culinary institute but did not complete my studies, but my heart is in food forever, so I want to share my experience and knowledge of cooking with the world. I can come to you and teach what I know, from simple to difficult dishes, to impress loved ones or for your dates. Whatever you want to cook, I can show you how to do it.
