1. Tony never returns calls directly. Left several messages - no response. 2. Extremely poor response and follow-up, once initial contact is finally achieved. 3. Submits incomplete final contract for signature (no liability disclaimer, no equipment list/songlist provided, no dedicated DJ name, no contingency guarantee plan if DJ unavailable; requires YOUR forfeit of deposit if less than 48 hours notice, but offer NO protection on their part for reimbursement if THEY cancel) - When this is challenged to be incorporated into an updated contract, no response is received for several weeks, and after PERSISTENT email and calls, you'll get a "We are sorry, but we are all booked up during that timeframe" excuse. (See #4!) 4. Will cancel any working agreements with you if bigger venue (greater $$$) is solicited by another party. 5. Not listed with BBB - this begs the question "I wonder why?"Jan 18, 2013

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure you get a full list of Equipment being used. When we DJ an event lights, speakers, subs, and wireless mics are always included. A lot of the time people are dissapointed with the DJs they choose. Just remeber you pay for what you get.
