FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on scope and how the work needs to be handled. We focus on multi-item projects where things are planned and completed together rather than priced as one-off tasks. Smaller items are usually grouped into a larger scope so everything is handled properly the first time and nothing has to be revisited. The best way to get accurate pricing is to send photos and a list so the full scope can be reviewed and structured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is reviewing photos and a list of everything you want handled so the scope is clear. From there, I determine the best way to approach the work as a whole rather than breaking it into separate pieces. If it makes sense to move forward, we schedule a visit to confirm everything and lay out the right plan. Projects are structured before starting so nothing gets missed or done twice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay focused on building and repair methods that hold up long term, not just quick fixes. Most of the work I handle involves figuring out why something failed and correcting it properly so it does not come back. This comes from years of hands-on work across multiple areas of the home. I also take trade exams and buy code books yearly to ensure our company is fully qualified and knowledgeable.
