Introduction: English Outside the Box was created to give English learners a higher quality of attention and more personalized lessons. Every curriculum and learning plan I make, and every student I meet receives the highest quality of passion, attention, and dedication. I don't teach from text books, so students won't receive boring, outdated, or irrelevant material, and I strive to personalize every lesson to fit an individual's needs. At English Outside the Box, you'll be learning "outside the box" which means you'll learn differently from before, and take your skills to a higher level than ever achieved. Being able to work with a variety of individuals, across the world daily, and help them reach goals. My goal is helping others reach theirs, and it is such a rewarding experience. It's inspiring to meet people as equally dedicated to learn, as I am to teach, so my job is truly special and incredibly unique.

I have been struggling with the Speaking and Writing parts of TOEFL for a few years but my scores got stuck on S19 W 19. I self-studied with ,many books. I put so much effort and time, but nothing worked out. I was close to giving up. Luckily for me, I found English Outside the Box’s program and one of the best teacher I have ever had-Jennifer. I found an amazing woman, an excellent teacher, and an intelligent creator who designed her own programs. We have been working together for a while, have worked on a variety of skills, and reviewed many areas of English. Not only has my overall English improved and my level of confidence risen, but also my TOEFL speaking and writing scores jumped up to 24 and 25 respectively. Therefore, with Jennifer I have definitely gained a lot. This awesome teacher guided me and helped me to improve. With her professional and detailed explanations, I was able to eliminate my mistakes and overcome my fears. I highly appreciate her profound knowledge, experience, and strong skills. She is extremely energetic and she has so much patience for her students that her energy and patience is contagious, which encourages me to continue studying. I first started taking English classes with Jennifer at English Outside the box late last year and started the conversation with grammar classes to improve my intermediate level English. I realized that I was learning way faster then I thought I would. Jennifer is a great teacher. Then, because of work, I needed to take the TOEFL test and she also had a program for that! It was a intense 6 weeks of preparation and I passed with a score of 96, which is higher then my desired 85. That was awesome! Now I continue having conversation classes so my english wont get rusty and those are my favorite classes.

Already having an advanced English speaker/user level, I asked Jennifer to help me with some lyrics. It was my first time doing this so I asked her to correct them both grammatically and let´s say poetically. She was EXCELLENT! She gave me great notes on what sounded better or in some cases correct, and always explained everything in the most natural and easy way! I´ve realized that with her help my lyrics got way better and I´m so happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will differ based on the length of classes and types of skills being reviewed. Basic conversation classes begin at $30/hour and more advanced training (academic test prep:TOEFL, IELTS, or pronunciation review, and writing development) begin at $45.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before students begin lessons, we will have a trial lesson to review goals and expectations, the online learning platform, and answer any questions or doubts. I create a learning plan for each student and we begin our online lessons as soon as students are ready to improve their skills.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to a bachelor's degree, I've received a TESOL certification ensuring I am qualified to teaching English as a second language. I am consistently participating in training for the latest apps and technology, attending conferences, and ensuring my students are receiving the highest quality of education.
