Francisco came by the house and did a complete estimate and emailed me a copy the day after I contacted him on Thumbtack. The estimate was clear in what would be done, and he answered all my questions and spoke to my concerns. I needed the work done soon as possible and he worked me into the schedule within 2 weeks. Payment was done online through a recognized system and the guys arrived on Thursday morning at 730 to get it done. His team worked quickly and I work from home and barely noticed them. They kept the work areas clean and by Saturday morning everything was completed. Price was 3/4 of big company quotes for same things much easier to work with. Paint exactly with HOA requirements as well. Stucco cracks fixed and it looks great. Family operated and I thought that service like this was a thing of the past. Get a quote from Francisco and Solid Paints. Thanks guys - house looks great!
