FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As the owner and operator my goal is to grow my company respectfully, honestly and affectively. That includes getting paid for my time, for a job well done and in this process I can find the proper price where I can leave the client happy and not having to want to finance. I am flexible and affordable. My prices are firm but my work is done with pride.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always highly recommend to start with a home evaluation. Inspect, then find the needs and solution for that particular customer. Nice thing about being the boss is you can make every job price flexible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having 17 years experience with hands on training of both an applicator and an inspector many of our public is not aware of the 12 hrs of education required by the state. That’s 1 hr of training, reading and learning per month. Countless seminars, magazines, books and videos have also taken part of the experience. It’s a career that you can never really perfect. An ongoing learning experience
