Enrique thought that was overkill and right sized the project avoiding mandatory utility inspection while still maintaining safety. Work was completed in a single day with limited down time for the electricity. Now I can charge both our EVs simultaneously overnight safely!"See more

We searched for months to find a contractor to do our patio extension. Finding Oscar thru Thumbtack was a blessing. The entire interaction was above expectations. Oscar realized our frustrations and worked with our budget. Even though it took several weeks to get our permit he was communicating thru the entire process. Once we had the permit he had the footer, framers, painters and roofers lined up like clockwork. The entire construction was finished I just under two weeks. The workmanship is wonderful and every work team was so professional and cleaned up every day. Oscar communicated every day on the schedule and inspections. We are very happy with the project and highly recommend 🙂
