Ociel did a great job on my security windows and doors.....he fabricated a beautiful design for each wrought iron piece....Ociel takes pride in his workmanship and it shows....the price was very affordable compared to the other bids I received.....I would recommend Ociel to anyone....Thank You Ociel!
Robert repaired woodpecker damage in stucco, along with a whistling toilet and some small jobs like replacing light bulbs and fixing the alignment on closet doors. He was on time and very helpful and professional! I would call him for other jobs in the future.
I like Frank Yannich; he is a professional and perfectionist. It all starts with the appointment. When Frank tells you he will be at your home at a certain time, you can count on it. He thoroughly analyzes the tasks to be done, meticulously measures and gives you a detailed, professionally prepared proposal for the work to be done. During the job, Frank keeps the job site clean and is very careful moving materials around so as not to cause any damage to your home from scratches or dings. When the job is complete, Frank cleans up the site and takes away any waste materials leaving you with only his amazing results. Frank built a custom television stand and installed a door in my master bath toilet area. The door was a very tough job because the opening and frame already existed and the opening was a bit bowed. Frank made it look like to door had always been there and there was no visual appearance that the door had to be "shaped". I am sure that someone else undertaking this project would have had many "Oh S**t" moments during this project but because of Frank's planning and analysis, he was fully prepared for the task. The TV stand is beautiful and fit beautifully into the stucco entertainment center in my wall. The unit has drawers to store manuals and remotes and can even fit entertaining accessories like coasters, barware items chargers and more. The bottom line is this: There are lots of "Handymen" out there to consider for your job, but if like me, you feel...this is my home and I want it to look great...Frank is your man. You will be overjoyed with his honesty, work ethic and certainly the results. Pronnto Handyman Services is your solution; Frank Yannich is you man.
I set up a time for Chris Ray to come out and look at my trees, and some other projects I have going on. Chris is a true Arborist. We spent several hours discussing what needed to be done with the trees, and just 'shooting the breeze' on other topics. His quote wasn't the cheapest in town, but I wasn't looking for a quick-and-dirty pruning. I wanted a professional pruning that would leave my trees healthy and looking well tended, not like they'd just received a second-rate hack-job or butchering. Chris' knowledge of trees from growth patterns to hormones convinced me (and more importantly, my wife) that he was the right man for the job. We agreed to have him come out the next day, and despite a late start, he worked throughout the afternoon and evening, even being careful to leave a doves nest undisturbed, with 99.9% of his work being done with hand tools. The end result was a very balanced pruning and trimming, albeit with a drastically different looking pair of trees (it was the first time in 4+ years for a professional pruning). We plan to have Tucson Hands On Services back over the winter to cable our multi-trunk mesquites together, and will most likely have them back at least once a year for regular maintenance. Our neighbor across the street saw the quality of work that was done, and also hired Chris to come back to address a leaning tree.
Work was completed as required...the team was in/out without problems or damages...yes! will rehire and advise friends of great work done...thanks Hugh you did a super job...
