FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to approach each job by itself. alot companys like to lump there work up by sq ft. i can offer a bid this way but its not by choice. i like to see each job so that i can go over any options and explain what we would be doing. Example of this alot people will bid a roof coating straight 35cents-55cents a sqaure foot i like to see the roof figure in hours to clean and make repairs then use a roofcoating me and the home owner have agreed on.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The jobs i do the most really differ on the time of year, during the summer we do alot more roofing during the end of the year we do alot of repairs, people getting homes ready for family to come in for the holidays. start of the year alot of water line fixxing from freezing temps, start up cooler when the temps begain to rise. home remodeling uassaly takes place around april tax season, differnt times of the year call for differnt jobs to be done and thats what makes having us to call on makes you life alot simpler.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a small job for a company first. Then if you are happy with the work move on to larger jobs. try to avoid Fly by night guys as if a job is done wrong you may not find them again. Ask for a min. of a business license this will insure they are bonded and can reclaim some of the moneys you may loose on a job. Also try to find people who are insured so if they do work and cause damage you dont get left holding a new bill because they took off.
