- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Construction Smith LLC, our pricing is based on the scope, materials, and complexity of each project. We provide clear, detailed estimates upfront so clients know exactly what to expect—no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. Because we have long-standing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, we’re often able to secure competitive pricing that we pass along to our clients. For larger projects or repeat clients, we may offer bundled savings or value-based pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a streamlined and transparent process to ensure every project starts off right: Initial consultation to understand your vision, needs, and budget. Site visit and assessment to gather details and determine feasibility. Detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Project planning where materials, permits, and schedules are finalized. Construction and oversight, with continuous communication and updates. Final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations and quality standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20+ years of general contracting experience and more than 25 years combined in production home building, real estate, and remodeling, we bring deep industry knowledge to every project. Both Quay Smith and Chris Reynolds are University of Arizona graduates with extensive field training, hands-on building experience, and professional backgrounds in residential and commercial construction, real estate, and project management.
