Joseph has performed a variety of jobs for me for the last 4 years. He has, among many things, repaired termite damage by installing a new support beam in the garage, repaired my leaking roof and raised my sunken living room and installed a new hardwood floor. His work is of the highest order and, since I am a part time resident, he can be completely trusted in my absence.
