We did call. Our normal estimator had a family member go into hospice and the estimator that covered called and offered to come out late. Richard responded that we can't be trusted. This is why many contractors don't do repairs and go to saddlebrooke, it's not worth it. And how much money is richard out? yet this was his review for a late call after a family emergency? it's shameful
