- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple. I make a deal that both parties can agree upon!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a twist of fate. At seventeen, I was building a set for a community theater, and a board member (who also owned an interior design firm) asked for one volunteer. I was that volunteer. I was a natural, tools were easy to use, and I liked the instant customer approval! Since then, I've installed EVERYTHING that could possibly go in or on a window! Installing HOME CONVENIENCE items came along about 12 years later... also a very rewarding trade!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The list is so varied, that narrowing it down, I'd say that INSTALLING is the answer. I perform installs more than repairs, wire pulling or fabricating.
