Lloyd is extremely patient, personable, knowledgeable, kind and professional. He took the time to communicate each stage of my repairs and remodel and at the beginning, prior to my even making my final decision regarding whom to hire; he was key to my obtaining a more favorable outcome with my home insurer due to the detailed quote he provided me for the work which needed to be done to my home after it sustained damage due to a Category III, black water sewage spill. When he was finished my home was left in better condition than it was before the flooding. All of the sub-contractors he hired to perform repairs on my home were professional and personable. I would definitely recommend his company services to anyone. He is among the best I have experienced in 14 years of having to hire on occasion persons to perform repairs or maintenance on my home.

We were beyond impressed with Lloyd's level of professionalism and knowledge base! His ability to see our vision and execute it, was remarkable. We had a tight budget and he was able to make things work for us; a rare attribute in this town. He has gone above and beyond with follow up and possesses a high level of communication when changes present themselves. He put our needs and wants first! When another sub-contractor made errors, Lloyd happily stepped in to help resolve it, although it wasn't his error. We will continue to use his expertise and service for many projects to come.
