Lloyd truly saved this damsel in clothes washer distress! My appliance had been down for five weeks while trying and failing to hire others to show up as promised. I'm so grateful for Lloyd's quick response and helpful manner. He showed up on time, performed the needed troubleshooting and even cleaned out the filter as he had a few more minutes on the clock. I'm also happy to say he will be back later this week to help install some new lighting/fans. He's a total find as far as I'm concerned. Thank you Thumbtack and Lloyd's Home Repair!

Wow, Lloyd was great! We recently moved to the Olympia area and have struggled to find responsive, reliable, professional contractors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The longer a job will take the better the hourly rate. For instance if I'm there for a 2-hour job it's going to be 65 an hour. If I'm there for 3 days it goes down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and regular banter. LOL.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school, continued ed with electric, hand's on with doing HVAC for a living. EPA card.
