We can do: Sewer augers, faucets, any plumbing job, minor electrical, lights and ceiling fans, tile jobs, painting roofing. -thermal imaging and video at no additional cost -sewer scope inspection plus a thumb drive for you to keep! -radon testing -we go above and beyond than any other inspector! I have inspected houses after inspectors have inspected them and found several issues that they were not even on the report!

I was very unsure about how getting an inspection for our soon to be new home would work, but this was so incredibly easy and he was willing to work with us on our schedule needed. He did a thorough inspection of the home and gave us a very comprehensible review with pictures and tips for us to have and use. Would recommend to anyone unsure of how the process works. He keeps the experience informative and clear. Not to mention to GREAT people skills! I can not forget to mention the unicorn squirrel feeders he told us about that I now plan to get at our place. So happy and lucky we found him. Will be using again for sure!
