I was very unsure about how getting an inspection for our soon to be new home would work, but this was so incredibly easy and he was willing to work with us on our schedule needed. He did a thorough inspection of the home and gave us a very comprehensible review with pictures and tips for us to have and use. Would recommend to anyone unsure of how the process works. He keeps the experience informative and clear. Not to mention to GREAT people skills! I can not forget to mention the unicorn squirrel feeders he told us about that I now plan to get at our place. So happy and lucky we found him. Will be using again for sure!
He was super quick to my inquiry and was able to get to my rental property the same day within an hour even. It was a great value and my issue wasn’t even an emergency and he still got there quickly. He communicated and knew the problem from just sending him pictures . Very professional, prompt, and reasonable. Highly recommend.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
