Dave was very professional and did a great job installing an Elfa system. This is what he was hired to do. When an unrelated mishap took place (which was his fault) he took full responsibility and took action to rectify the situation. I would still hire him again to do others things for me.

Nick and Ben did an awesome job remodeling both of my bathrooms with natural stone tile over the past two weeks, and they also helped with a few handyman-type projects throughout the home. They were always right on time every day, gave creative feedback to optimize the layout/design, and did outstanding craftsmanship. I've used Thumbtack for a number of years and have had a tough time finding the right combination of quality:value, am glad to have found Nick's company as this is the only one I will recommend to all my friends in the future for any & all home improvement projects.

When we wanted a "whole home" music system, we called Home Theater Hero. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and ever so nice. The things that impressed us the most was Don's focus on content options, not just equipment. As professional musicians, this really matters to us! Don introduced to some cool options that have been worth their weight in gold! When Don explained the options for our music system, he gave us choices from budget-level to semi-extravagant. The semi-extravagant option (with invisible speakers that are literally part of the wall) was very tempting and actually very reasonably priced for what it was - but in the end we felt it was a little too much construction, so we went with the next level down. The system works effortlessly and has been completely trouble-free. Surprisingly affordable, too! We've gotten so much enjoyment out of it that it would have been worth twice what we paid.

We have worked with Jude for several years. We built a new home and he installed the sound system. Ours was a complicated job, and we found Jude to be extremely knowledgable, professional, patient, reliable and trustworthy. When we have any concerns or questions he responds immediately. He truly understands the meaning of customer service! We highly recommend him.

Michael was very professional & helped me to not only solve my problems with my surround sound system but also provided solutions to other issues going on with my entire stereo system. He had equipment on hand to fix things quickly & seemlessly. He even replaced my outdated extension cord. I would highly recommend Michael & Bothman Video!

Dave provided me with a price for installation and hardware to mount my TV and hook up a sound bar. Everything looked and sounded great! There was one thing we needed to add and Dave researched and provided me a price for the part. He let me know when he got the part and asked me for a day and time to install it. I'm going to have Dave mount our other TV in the bedroom because his work is outstanding.
