The ladies were very nice and pleasant. They did not have a working vacuum cleaner. They were very slow. They spent one hour in my very small almost clean bathroom. I asked them to vacuum a rug with dust and cat hair on it. They said they could not because of the cat hair. When I hired them, I told them I had a cat and a dog and that I was very handi capped. They are not educated about special requirements for us. They did not leave my pathways wide enough for my walker or power chair. They kept walking on my oxygen tubing and tangled it up in the vacuum hose. I have to hire someone to vacuum my carpets and tile floors. My bathroom floor is dirty with dirty mop marks. For 2 people to work in my small condo for 3 hours(same as 6) my home should sparkle. It does not. They need to speed up and not just clean the middle. I went in one room, moved something I had asked them to move, and it was still dirty and needed cleaned. I was very disappointed. I did not even have them do any work in the kitchen except the 5' X 8' floor. It is still dirty because I have to sit on the floor to clean it. That was way to much money to pay for no more cleaning than I received. Sorry.
