Susana was very understanding when she and her crew showed up to discover that the electric company did not turn on the power to our new condo and she could not perform the needed cleaning. She promptly rescheduled and was there on time and ready to go. Since I live out of town my daughter let them in to start cleaning, once done again my daughter met up with them and paid their requested fee plus a tip for the inconvenience of the previous day being cancelled. Over the weekend we moved in and this was the first I have seen the condo since it was "cleaned", majority of the work was good but there were several issues that were not addressed. My understanding is that there were several people there to clean and I can't tell who did what but most of the base boards were not touched, many of the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were not cleaned...still crumbs and dirt left from previous owners. Downstairs entry way did not look touched and the dirty walls were not cleaned. Both bathrooms, kitchen sink and appliances were cleaned, hallway light fixtures were sparkling and no dust on the ceiling fan. During the hiring process I thought I expressed my need for the entire condo to sparkle since we were moving in after a family of 4. I appreciate Susana for the effort, but she should have inspected the work of her employee(s) for accuracy before leaving.

Tracy I am sorry you were not pleased with our work we do in spect before leaving the property, I had the crew fix the issues I found I also asked your daughter if all was good she was good with it all I did not find any thing in drawers or the things you have mentioned we do take pur work serious we do apologize cttc..

overall, they did a very good job but the floor in the Master Bedroom and Dinning area were still dirty.

Yes I always ask at the supply store I HP to if there's anything new I myself like to learn
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in housekeeping for over 20yrs and I am vary confidant we can do a good job I have also been asked to clean friends homes
What types of customers have you worked with?
We start from the back to the front we move stove refrigerator clean under as well as all light fixtures. Vents we do it all this is on a vacant unit. Occupied basic resyro kitchen floors dust if the client wants extra they tell me
