I purchased Marla's services as a birthday gift for my son. I thought this would be complicated since I live in Denver and my son is in Tucson but not with Marla! She coordinated the "gift" and communicated directly with my son and made the house cleaning happen. My son was thrilled with her attention to detail and has decided to use her on a more regular schedule. He mentioned, "She cleaned everything and even polished my tea kettle!" Now I wish she lived in Denver to clean my house too! Thank you, Marla!

I started a bit overwhelmed whem I got the task of helping my parents find weekly cleaning service in Tucson (I live in Ann Arbor, Mi). I read Marla's reviews and her bio and was hopeful. Felt fairly confident after we shared some texts and chatted. Felt very good about the decision to hire her aftet I saw and heardy parents reaction after meeting her. But, you just never know until the job is done. My parents are.picky, probably more OCD than Marla claims to be. A corpororate cleaning teamwould NEVER stand a chance. Marla has cleaned my folks place a few times. They get along famously! My parents are very happy with her communication & flexibility. They like her personality and appreciate her entepeneurship. But most importantly they are relieved - relieved because their house is eegularly cleaned, by someone else, and it is done as good if not better than they would do themselves. I am resting easier in Ann Arbor. Wish I could find an Ann Arbor Marla!!

Lana arrived ahead of schedule, which I liked. Even though the departing tenant had done a really good job of cleaning the apartment, Lana was able to focus on areas that most people miss. She found a bunch of old dry cat food under the fridge, for example, and cleaned it thoroughly.

Marla and her group have cleaned 3 different properties for my family. We have always been very happy with the work, speed of cleaning and the cost. Special shout out for Lana. She does a wonderful job for my mother in law.

I prefer to come visit and give an estimate. I like getting to know what my clients on a personal level. I like to work a "Cleaning Plan" that best suites your needs. This means if you want windows we include it into your plan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I live to visit the residence and create a "Customized Cleaning Plan".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly searching the internet for new cleaning/organizing solutions.
