When the after-party turns into a total disaster zone, you realize things got a little too wild. Thankfully, our residential cleaning crew arrived right on time and completely saved the day. They were incredibly nice and left the house looking way cleaner than it did before the party even started. They truly went above and beyond, hauling away a mountain of trash and successfully conquering a strange, sticky stain on the bathroom wall. We will definitely be hitting them up again soon!

Speaking with Samuel from Prosiva Cleaning truly assuaged my concerns and Samuel listened. He completely assured me that I would be satisfied with their cleaning services AND if I was not, he would make sure to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. His client care is one of the best I have ever experienced.Stephanie arrived on time, and once again (SO IMPORTANT) she listened to me, did not rush me, retained every single detail I was most concerned with...and even took care of home cleaning items I didn't think to bring up. When I walked into my home, I could barely speak because the overwhelming cleanliness, smell, organization & just a completely professional top notch cleaning had me speechless. This is hands down THE BEST cleaning my home has ever had.I am grateful and so fortunate to have chosen Prosiva. They live up to their name. To add, I was ill on our original cleaning date for Friday. Samuel was empathetic, cared about my health issue and immediately rescheduled me. Stephanie was just as understanding and accommodating.I have found my new cleaning family and I suggest you at least try this company, because I'm extremely picky, have used multiple services over the past 11+ years and I was so incredibly impressed.Much thanks and appreciation Stephanie for your EXCELLENT work. Thank you so very much and warm regards Samuel for quickly, efficiently scheduling me & being flexible when I had a health scare. 10/10 stars because they deserve more than 5!
Prosiva Cleaning's reply
Mrs. Lewis, from our very first conversation, I wanted you to feel comfortable, heard, and confident that you were making the right decision in trusting Prosiva with your home. I’m so glad we were able to provide that experience, and even happier to hear how pleased you were with Stephanie’s work. She takes great pride in what she does, and I know your kind words will mean so much to her.
We also understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and being flexible and understanding when our customers need us is simply part of how we believe people should be treated.
As a family-owned business, reviews like yours remind us why we started Prosiva in the first place. It’s about more than cleaning homes. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and making a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Thank you for being apart of our cleaning family!
