2) Deep Cleaning (seasonal or first-time)

3) Move-In / Move-Out
Everything in Deep Cleaning plus inside cabinets & drawers (empty), inside fridge & freezer, inside oven, closet shelves, and full wipe-down of doors/walls (spot cleaning)

Hotel-style reset: linens changed, beds staged, towels folded
