- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is a flat rate meaning I do not offer discounts at this time. I also do not request any deposits nor fees for their homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I understand their needs and their wants. Once I have understood everything I begin to ask about their homes as well as how much their wanting to pay, after that has been completed I give them estimated duration time as well as estimated pricing. If my customer is satisfied with all of the information I proceed with my services and adapt to their needs once I begin working on their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my past job in which I worked with for 10 years at a cleaning company had companies in the states of Arizona, Las Vegas & California which helped me train and educate myself about cleaning homes. From each home in which I did helped me develop my strategies in which I carry with me and apply to every single home in which I clean.
