- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to get a quote for your services, we'll need to meet with you and see the area's that need to be dealt with. We arrange our pricing based on your specific needs and volume of junk to be removed. We're there to do the best work available for a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In short, Grunt-Work is a veteran-owned and operated haul off, junk removal service. We send grunts to complete your work so you can spend your time doing other things. If you're unhappy, we're unhappy. If a job or service is not completed to 100% satisfaction, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve any differences together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former military service gives us a strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
