Cisco and his crew did a great job of packing my stuff. Their pricing was very competitive. They were thorough and professional in packing, loading and delivering my household items. They were responsive to my concerns and on time. The only downside is that this new company is still learning some business skills. This led to some misunderstandings around payment. Overall, though, the crew was dependable and eager to do a good job. WARNING: UPDATE: THIS PRO IS DISHONEST. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. WE AGREED ON A CONTRACTED AMOUNT. I PAID HIM AS AGREED. HE IS NOW THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT IF I DO NOT PAY HIM $5000 MORE THAN WE AGREED UPON. HE CHANGED HIS COPY OF OUR SIGNED CONTRACT TO REFLECT A HIGHER FEE. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS PRACTICES. I WOULD GIVE HIM A NEGATIVE RATING.

Frankie & crew were polite, friendly! Prices reasonable, work completed when promised. They were working across the street and had time to come over on the same day!! Yay for me. They removed a large prickly pear cactus, and also had time to weed wack my alley weeds, removed all the alley trash and sprayed as well. (my alley area covers the length of 5 houses) They were awesome!! Thank you so very much!! It was a long day for them and I know they were tired. So grateful for the work they did :)
