- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized to a client's specific needs for a basic application to a bold application and also to their party size as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is easy, relaxed, and fun! I like to have reference photos from as many clients as possible so I have a literal understanding of what you would like to achieve. After that, I like to suggest things to make it customized to your features so we enhance your favorite features! I have a full kit so there's no need to have any of your own makeup on hand unless you prefer a specific brand or style of something to be used. In some cases, if a client has very sensitive to breakouts skin, I can use the makeup the client already has that they know won't give any post-application breakouts. The key is communication! I love to listen to and see your references/inspo so that I am able to provide you with an excellent application that exceeds your expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in makeup application and proper sanitation by one of the industry's top artists, Priscilla Ono. Prior to that, I had worked as an Optician for about 10 years. Prior to that, I had experience working in sales. My top priority aside from a technically sound and beautiful application, is customer service. I aim to provide you with a wonderful and relaxed experience from start to finish!
