- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$ 70 per hour includes 2 men , a 17ft box truck, blankets, wrap, dollies. Blankets are used for transport only. If your items are going into storage we will use wrap only. There is no extra charge for wrap. If you would like to save time and money and would like a third man hourly wage goes to 85 per hour. This some times save money because of less time to do the job. There is a $ 65 dollar trip fee for in town moves and extra for out of town. Why a trip fee? This helps cover cost like gas, tools, wrap, truck maintenance and good old uncle sam. I don't like it either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you don't hire me and I don't work for you please don't give me a bad review just because we did not come to an agreement. Not all contractors or customers are a good fit for each other. This why we live the beautiful UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and in the spirit of free enterprise you have the right to choose who you would like to hire and as I have the right to choose who I work for.
