Right now, I’m currently accepting regular cleanings on a regular basis (2-4 times a month). Feel free to inquire about availability or book me through the app! Move Out Cleaning: Sweeping, Mopping and/or Vacuuming Surface Cleaning countertops/tables Mirror Cleaning Windowsill cleaning Toilets/Showers/Vanities Vents Interior windows Baseboards Door frames Fans Add On Services: Appliance cleaning Pet cleaning Carpet cleaning Pricing Notice for Larger Homes Please note: Homes over 2,000 sq. ft. are priced at $0.20 per square foot. This rate applies to all deep cleans, move-out/move-in services, and full-home cleanings where the property exceeds 2,000 sq. ft. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the home and any requested add-on services (such as inside appliances, windows, garage, carpet shampoo, etc.). 50$ non refundable cancellation fee Note: If cleaners arrive and certain add ons were not included such as a pet cleaning fee, it will be added and must be paid prior to cleaning. Please notify me if there are vaulted ceilings or carpets in the home. Exterior windows: * Small home (10–15 windows): $150-250 * Medium home (15–25 windows): $250-350 * Large home (25+ windows): $350+ Notice: Move-out pricing assumes the home is vacant. Furnished homes, excessive pet hair, biohazards, or additional organization/staging may result in additional charges. Any rescheduled appointments that are made due to home not being ready (fully vacant) will have an added 75$ fee unless there is a 48 hour notice. Rescheduling same day causes our team to miss other opportunities, we hope you understand. A full move out cleaning cannot be performed if the home is left with food, furniture, personal belongings. Any homes that still have personal belongings or are staged for sales, will have a 20% of total charge added to the final bill. Thanks again!
