Rock is an incredible artist! I have personally never seen anyone as good as he is. Rock showed me a mock up of what I wanted, and did it exactly as I saw. He gave me a time frame and completed it on schedule. I love his work and will be hiring him to paint more for me. I think there is no one better in his city to an outdoor painting!
