Introduction: To start, I am nationally certified by the Academy of Sports Medicine, have a degree in Exercise Science and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and Kinesiology through Arizona State University. I've been personal training for years now and have been on my own physical fitness journey/Lifestyle for over 7 years. I am highly adaptable, dependable and very conscientious of each individual I work with. I've ran into every problem you can think of when it comes to anything nutrition and exercise. I use a specific process that gaurentees results. No it's not a gimmick and no it isn't pushing some sort of crazy living way. I bring all of my experience and education to each of my clients by offering both in person and remote services. Nutrition advice, and over the phone or video call accountability, mentoring, and life coaching. I started this journey to simply give a helping hand to those who need the guidance to achieve their fitness and health related goals. Whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle or getting competition ready. I won't be selling you a cookie cutter program to follow. I will work along side you to make a program that fits YOUR needs and that works for you and your schedule. Be it nutritional guidance or physical activity. If a program built specifically for you and your needs. A program that doesn't push you into some crazy diet and crazy calorie restriction. It has been great experience going on this fitness journey with Jake. He is thoughtful when it comes to designing your workout and a wonderful listener which I think is important for constant motivation and energy to follow through the exercises and the diet. He is mindful of people’s times, very punctual, creates a judgment free, fun environment and gives the right amount of push in the workout sessions . He is knowledgeable on the various exercises regimes he puts you through and always willing to answer questions and clear doubts be it during the sessions or just through texts throughout the day. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey under his watchful eyes.

Making the decision to tap into Jacob Lafon’s expertise was the best thing I have ever done for my health. I have lost weight and inches, and improved my overall balance. He is very knowledgeable about how to work specific muscle groups to achieve my goals. He is responsive to my many questions and any modifications I might need. He varies my workouts so they are reasonably challenging and NEVER boring. He’s AWESOME!

Jake’s training has been a great experience for me! Especially during COVID, he has done a great job coming up with challenging strength-building workouts that can be done with limited equipment from home. I would definitely recommend Jake to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Jacob- as my personal trainer has helped me make permanent life changes for better health and I feel better now than ever before.
