- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a proud U of A alumni and former Wildcats football player. Upon graduation, I decided that I wanted to devote and pursue a profession as a health coach and personal trainer. During my 4 years in college, I had the opportunity to attend many coaching and training clinics in which i learned about the most advanced and modern training methods. Since then, I've worked with hundreds of people from all walks of life, and have helped them reach their health and fitness goals. It is truly a rewarding career and I love every bit of what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with men and women of all ages that are looking to increase their overall health, increase strength, increase their confidence, decrease body fat and want to look and feel great. I also work with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes that are looking to dominate in a specific sport and become a fundamentally better athlete.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to you is, hire a trainer that has proven RESULTS, has a great personality that you like, and is willing to give nothing less than 100% of his or her attention and commitment to your fitness goals and needs.
