Because I have my own gym I am able to offer a few different options for people with all different budgets. I do one on one personal training for 50.00 per hour and 25.00 per half hour session, I do semi- private personal training with small groups 0f 4-6 people for 15.00 dollars per session, I do couples workouts or workouts with a friend for the same rate as one on one training, and for all new clients I offer a great deal of 4 hour sessions for 100 dollars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Health Science From Northern Arizona University , Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and CPR/AED Certified with the American Red Cross.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first "client" was my little brother when we were kids. I liked to take him to the rink and run him through conditioning and skill training to prepare for hockey season. I have had some education since then so I'm a better able to help people but I still have the same youthful passion for the trade.
