Introduction: Why a mobile personal fitness trainer? I bring the gym to you! I conduct personal fitness training in the comfort and privacy of your home, your office, a private studio (no membership required), or outdoors. No membership, no crowds, and no transportation issues; no problem! You can even partner with a family member or friends to have a fun and homier atmosphere workout. I provide "Back to Basic" sessions where you and your friends/family can workout together, especially, if you have the same goals. I can tailor a program just for your group needs. I just started my mobile personal training business BUT I have 22+ years training the best military in the world. As a Retiree, I still compete representing the Air Force at a national level; and I want to share my fitness knowledge with you. Whether you are new to exercising or an all-season athlete, I can help you reach, and hopefully exceed, your fitness goal(s) and maintain a healthier lifestyle, enhancing your overall quality of life. Christine led me through a series of myofascial release movements with easy to understand instructions. I was able to stretch out muscles that I didn't even know existed. Now, at the end of my workouts, I use these exercises/stretches to prevent muscle pain the next day. A great experience! Couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer!

Christine is more than I expected. She helped me reach my goal early! I was going to a wedding and needed to lose weight in 2 months. I lost some weight but I was most happy about was losing inches. I noticed results in weeks. Losing weight was my goal but she made me realize that it's not losing weight but being healthy and fit. Losing inches and making me feel "lighter" and fit is more of a reward. I feel great cuz Christine really cares about you inside out.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Discuss client's goals, ensure I can provide correct services for the client, and conduct a basic assessment prior to their first fun training sessions.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. I also specialize in Senior Fitness, Women's Fitness, and Group Personal Training. As an athlete, I participated in three Air Force women’s basketball teams in my younger years. I also powerlifted in national and international competitions. After retirement, I still compete in powerlifting through USA Powerlifting and 100% RAW Federation, and a member of the Air Force Powerlifting team. I hold several AZ records and a top RAW Federation 2015 powerlifter.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I found my passion for fitness in the military. I was a physical fitness leader and manager. After my retirement, I wanted to continue in a field where I can still help people reach their fitness goals to enhance their quality of life.
