By learning how to exercise properly you will increase muscle, increase energy, improve sleep, increase bone density, improve blood pressure, lower body fat, decrease joint pain, improve balance, and so much more. Enhance your health and wellness today! I offer a free 30 minute evaluation on the first day of workouts so the first day will tend to go 1.5-1.75hrs. I have been working with Gwen for about 15 years, and during that time I have never had a dull routine with her. I have worked with her both in a gym setting and at my home. She is very knowledgeable about body function and movement. She mixes up the workouts and tailors them to meet the weaknesses and demands of my body. She touches on all muscle groups in each session, often with circuit training. She also has me work to maintain flexibility and to improve my balance (I am not young), and she always ends with a good stretching session. If I am off my game on some days, she finds a way to work around any weaknesses I have at the time. She provides the most inclusive, personally-tailored workouts I have experienced. And they are always fun!

Gwen is well prepared and each workout is new and appropriate to my level of ability. Gwen explains what muscles we are working on with each exercise and makes each session fun and interesting. I am stronger and in better condition because of Gwen’s diligence.
