Jerry is a very good coach. If your goal is to get stronger, learn a few things about fitness, or work to restore lost functionality (working around shoulder injuries in my case) he can help you. As the focus is on improving basic movement, everybody can benefit, from rookie to advanced.

Jerry creates a warm and inviting atmosphere to work out in. Classes seem to have a variety of fitness levels, where he is hands on and encourages his clients to perform to their personal best. I love to see all my classmates doing great things, and am constantly encouraged to keep pushing my limits and abilities to new levels.

Many gyms and personal trainers are focused only on making you stronger. But what about my joints, tendons, ligaments and balance? What about my diet? The Protocol is unique because they focus on improving all of these areas simultaneously, giving me the best workout I can get in the safest way possible. I've been training with Jerry for over 4 years and I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life... Even better than when I was in high school! He has taught me to care for my body in the right ways and the results are the proof.
