John is an amazing trainer! I was able to workout with him two to three times per week for 9 months, while living in Tucson. He is experienced, extremely knowledgeable and a great motivator. John is always willing and able to come up with new/innovative workouts based on your progress, any injuries, rehab, and personal goals. He believes in helping anyone ready to make a commitment to their health.

John started my training by completing a thoughtful and thorough evaluation of my baseline fitness. It was immediately apparent to me that he has been doing this a while. He was able to tailor a program to challenge my strengths while addressing my deficiencies. In this way I was forced to make progress in all areas of my fitness, cardio, strength, and endurance. When I started training with John, I weighed over 260 lbs. Now under 160!! DO WHAT HE SAYS.

    3 - 60 minute session special for $89!🎉 I offer 30 minute and 60 minute one-on-one training and small group training.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will start with a consultation. In this consultation I will learn the clients goals, lifestyle habits, nutritional habits and any health/orthopedic conditions I need to know about. Next we will perform a movement assessment. Here I will assess foundational movement capacity and mobility.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    ISSA, NSCA, USAW, Primal Health Coach and many specialty certifications.
