Wendy is one of a kind, I had my fair share of trainers I’ve tried throughout the years. There was a reason I didn’t go back to use them after a couple sessions. They overworked and misunderstood e goals. They basically did a cookie cutter mold on every client, which until I met Wendy, is what I thought was normal. It’s not! Wendy takes the time to learn your goals, your limitations, what you hope to achieve and goes from there. Her exercises are tailored to you and makes training actually fun and enjoyable. She works you out, but she doesn’t overwork you. She will help jumpstart your fitness and health goals by keeping you accountable with your sessions. I honestly cannot recommend a better trainer to work with.
