- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very reasonable fees. Lower than most. I am also willing to negotiate fees depending on circumstances, I.e., location, number of pets and number of visits a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meeting with the pet and pet parent. Discuss the owner’s needs for their pets, including the dates and times. I request that the owners leave detailed information, primarily regarding the feeding schedule, or any other important issues. Fees are also discussed and negotiated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the medical field for 30 years and managed a large staff for the last 15 years I worked. I had an excellent attendance record. Only one sick call in 26 years. I am able to manage my time and prioritize well. I have 4 dogs of my own right now and have three years of experience caring for dogs and cats.
