- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 50% non refundable deposit before your trip or scheduled visit. I take cash, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay. I offer multiple pet discounts and weekly walk discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a brief phone call to understand your pet and their needs! After that we schedule a meet & greet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As of 2020: •Veterinary Technician for dogs, cats and exotics. •Pet CPR & First aid certified. •Numerous years of Doggy Daycare and Kennel management. •Wildlife Rehabilitation
