Ron Graddy took photos of a house I was listing for sale in Tucson. He researched the location first to determine the optimum time of day to capture the best lighting. He arrived on time and spent over 3 hours, staying to get sunset views. The quality of the photos was excellent. The comment of the realtors was that the house looked gorgeous. Ron's photos helped draw realtors to the listing. I had two offers and a signed contract within a few days.

I hired Ron based on a personal recommendation, and had not met nor seen his work before. I was going to list a town home in Tucson that I needed sold quickly. The smaller square footage of the home posed a challenge to make it look fabulous in pictures. However, due to the amazing photos Ron took of the home, it literally sold in 1 day, sight unseen! The buyer said there was no need to preview the home, as the pictures told the whole story. I would absolutely use Ron in the future and highly recommend him to all real estate professionals. He is a complete professional who knows his job and does it extremely well. Well worth the investment!

I try to give a fair price for what I do based on the amount time involved. I will not charge for something I wouldn't pay for. Ansel Adams quote: I can make your pictures or I can take your pictures...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what there needs are so I can get a mental image of what they want. Try to give them all the possibilities they have to achieving there results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Ohio Institute of Photography, with a diploma in Commercial & Illustrative Photography. Then relocated to Chicago where I assisted various famous professional photographers.
