- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally conduct a client intake phone call to obtain the particulars of each project, prior to scheduling an inspection. The estimator will schedule the inspection at a time that is mutually convenient for him and our client(s). The estimator will then submit our estimate or proposal to the client for review. Upon acceptance of our contract, we can usually schedule to commence work within 7 business days. Completion dates vary drastically from project to project, depending on the size of the project and the number of trades involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Members of our staff have many years in the construction, restoration, and roofing industries. In addition to the years of hands-on, practical experience, we constantly update our knowledge through industry publications and online research into products, repair methods, building code requirements, and many other fields of inquiry pertaining to our business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Insurance companies, homeowners, business owners, university personnel, facilities managers, project managers, property managers, realtors - anyone who owns or manages a property is a potential client.
