- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system due to the many varied aspects that may be included in any varies types of investigations. Each case has to evaluated independently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a confidential quote for the client. This can be completed by telephone or in person. The next step is a meeting with the client to finalize details of the investigation with the client. The investigation is then conducted. The client is updated on the progress of the investigation until completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years investigative experience in law enforcement. Licensed with the state of Arizona.
