Marni was recommended to me when I was trying to decide whether to sell or rent my property. She quickly and competently put together and implemented a plan putting both options on the table. Long story short, when I brought her a buyer and asked her if she'd consider reducing her commission accordingly, she reduced it by twice as much as I asked! Who else would do that? Well organized and efficeint are two terms that come to mind. I just started using TPE as my property manager and so far I have been very satisifed. After two flaky property management companies used until now, I would recommend TPE for your property management needs.
