FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. Our team members meet face-to-face with potential new clients (or via Skype/FaceTime if client is out of town) in order to discuss their wants & needs - and to see if we are a good fit for each other. This is a business about people, which means that we interview our clients as much as they interview us - in order to do our best & have a good client/agent relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes - in Arizona, agents are required to earn 24 credit hours of continuing education every 2 years. My team & I also take many classes that do not earn "CE" credit on a regular basis in order to stay on top of issues and changes that could be useful to our clientele.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested in land as well as architecture - in addition to a deep interest in the communities I've lived in. For years, people suggested that I should get involved in the real estate industry - finally, I listened to them, and it has been the best decision I've made (other than asking a particular wonderful person to marry me - she said "Yes" by the way).
