My experience with Intelligent Design was first rate from start to finish. I called on a Monday morning and the soonest they could get someone out to check it out was on Friday. Which, due the huge storm we had Sunday night they were booked solid. I figured that must mean they are in high demand; I was ok with that. I did contact 2 other roofers in the meantime who were able to come out that same day. But I waited til Friday and they arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule (after calling and getting my ok).
In addition to the obvious damage they also found several loosened tiles that were in danger of blowing off in the next big storm. The other 2 roofers did not notice this. But he backed it up with photos. As well I was watching the tiles on a neighbor's house flapping during the storm and believed the same happened to mine. He gave me 2 estimates, I accepted the 2nd which covered both issues.
The following Thursday Jesus was scheduled to do the repairs early morning. But I had to reschedule 2 times because I couldn't keep my schedule straight. Jesus took the changes in stride and came out on schedule the following Tuesday. Jesus was very professional and personable, explained what he did with plenty of pictures. And cleaned up the area when he was finished.
I was 100 percent pleased with the work and interaction I had with Jesus and my total experience with Intelligent Design!

Unfortunately, we have a terrible experience with Intelligent Design Roofing. Sales reps came out and didn't even bring a ladder that could get them on top of the roof. When they were able to finally get up, they told us that our roof needed a full replacement and it was going to cost $70,000. We got a second opinion, and there was nothing wrong with the roof and no problems getting it fixed for a nominal amount. I would not waste your time with this company, as they will literally come in and try to talk to you for several hours and try to get you to buy a new roof.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically run a scan of the roof and review that with the customer upon our first visit for a free estimate. We will also review the damages and determine if we feel that an insurance claim can be made to help the customer with repair or replacement costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified roofers with over 50 years of combined experience. We are licensed, bonded, and insured. We are certified with the AZ ROC.
