I just had my roof completely repaired and replaced by Roofers Near Me, a fully licensed, bonded and insured company. This was a huge job. I had old solar panels that needed to be removed, repair and patchwork done, and new roofing tiles put on.
It all started in a hailstorm this spring. I had a full solar heating and separate solar water system. Items started blowing off the roof. I contacted my insurance who were originally going to give me just enough to replace the missing tiles and patch repair—only $1400, which was barely enough to even do what was suggested.
I interviewed 3 roofing contractors. One told me he would only work with the amount they released to me. Another told me that he couldn’t do the job for less that 20K. Then I met Sauri Toyos, owner of Roofers Near Me.
Sauri was absolutely committed to developing a positive, personal relationship with my insurance rep to get them to increase the insurance payout. They went back and forth for a couple of months, he explained to her that my replacement tiles were no longer made anywhere in the US, sent her detailed reports, told her the extent of the work that actually needed to be done, including extra damage not accounted for, and got the insurance company to release enough to cover my entire roof replacement. I am convinced that this is in no part due to Sauri’s professionalism, kindness, and proactive attitude. Approaching this as team effort made all the difference. And that’s not all…
My solar panels were old and damaged. Even though insurance will not pay to replace them, (and the original company went out of business), Sauri also was able to get me an exceptional deal on replacement solar panels. He takes care of all the interface with my energy provider, and I will get robust Federal credits that are still available for home solar installation.
The roof took three full days to complete. Sauri’s crew was great, hard-working, thorough, and my yard was completely clean when they left—which in itself was amazing. The solar panels will take another couple of days for installation.
Suffice it to say, I cannot recommend Roofers Near Me enough. I feel incredibly lucky to have chanced upon this company. All this entire job has required on my part was patience and Sauri took care of all the rest… working with him has been a dream. His company has bigger jobs that will earn them much more. But you’d never know it from the personal treatment and care I received.
My insurance agent even says she wishes every contractor she dealt with was as good as him….and is even making inquiries about using him herself!
Recommend these guys 100%.
