We had a new roof installed on our house about 5 years ago by a different roofing company than Erick’s. We contacted him to review and inspect the roof, so that when we got a hold of the prior roofing company, we would be assured all items needing repair would be fixed. Erick was awesome. He was able to provide us with the inspection report, plus he offered findings on some additional research he performed on his own. He discovered a very important factor, which then became a pivotal point in negotiating repairs with the prior roofer. Through all of our interactions with Erick we found him to very professional, reliable, and truly concerned and attentive to our issues and questions. He went above and beyond what was required. We are going to have Summit Contracting LLC perform the re-surfacing of our low-sloped patio roof (not part of our roof issue), as we are so impressed with his work ethic and all-around professionalism.
