- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never want to be affordable to our customers we will work either you and your budget. We have no hidden fees and we charge for and adjust total to actual hours onsite and actual amount of product used because most of the time it takes less hours than estimated as well as less product we typically are over estimating to be transparent on what a job can cost up to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is Initial contact where I make sure customer has my *******************. Then I like to text the customer and see when a good time to communicate about their yard is. I usually have them send me photos of the yard or do an onsite estimate which is preferred. Then I send an estimate for their review. If the estimate looks good we will get the job scheduled around the customers schedule.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all sorts of customers and all types of yards. Every one of our customers has been awesome! And We have a lot of repeat customers.
